Welcome to use Sopi! Before you start enjoying the unique social experience that Sopi brings to you, please carefully read and fully understand these service terms (hereinafter referred to as "these terms"). These terms contain various rights and obligations during your use of Sopi. In particular, important clauses related to your vital interests, such as disclaimer or liability limitation clauses and restrictions on minors, are highlighted in bold for your special attention. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Sopi. Once you use Sopi, it means that you have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms.
Sopi only provides services to adults who are at least 18 years old (or have reached the legal age of majority in your region). We are committed to safeguarding the healthy growth environment of minors. If you are under 18 years old or have not reached the local legal age of majority, please immediately stop using our products and services. If you are a guardian and find that a minor under your guardianship is using Sopi, please contact us promptly through the complaint email contacts@sopi.chat. We will respond quickly and take appropriate measures to protect the rights and interests of minors.
When using Sopi services, you should abide by local laws and regulations, and respect local ethical and moral norms as well as customs. You shall be solely responsible for any liability arising from your actions that violate relevant regulations. Additionally, please avoid involving us in public incidents due to your use of Sopi services. Otherwise, we have the right to suspend or terminate the services provided to you, actively cooperate with the inquiries of competent authorities, and reserve the right to claim compensation from you.
The "Sopi Service Terms", the "Sopi Privacy Policy", and other agreements, as well as newly introduced agreements and rules in the future, are all important components of this agreement, jointly constituting the complete agreement content. We recommend that you check and carefully study them in a timely manner.
This agreement is concluded between HONG KONG SILK WAY TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "Sopi", "we", "us" or "the company") and Sopi users (hereinafter referred to as "users" or "you"). If you use Sopi, it is deemed that you have fully understood and agreed to abide by this agreement. If you do not agree, we will not be able to provide services to you. Please stop using it immediately.
Sopi reserves the right to modify this agreement in a timely manner according to business development, changes in laws and regulations, and other circumstances. The updated agreement will be notified to you through appropriate means such as in-app messages. If you do not agree to the modified terms, please immediately stop using the relevant services. If you continue to use the services, it means that you have accepted the modified agreement.
Sopi is a product with social attributes, providing users with one-to-one AI social services.
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and non-commercial right to use Sopi. All other rights not explicitly authorized in this agreement are reserved by us. Without our prior written authorization, you shall not use Sopi in any way without permission.
You can visit the official Sopi website or download and install Sopi from our authorized application stores. We have developed adapted versions for different terminal devices. Please obtain, download, and install the official version according to the actual device situation.
When using Sopi, you need to prepare relevant terminal devices such as mobile phones on your own and bear Internet access fees, data traffic fees, etc. generated by connecting devices to the Internet.
Please only use its products and services legally and compliantly in the regions where Sopi is officially launched, and abide by all applicable local laws. If you use Sopi in non-launched regions, you need to ensure that your actions comply with local laws and bear the corresponding risks and responsibilities on your own.
To enhance the user experience, meet overall service operation requirements, ensure platform security, and comply with regulations, we may update or change the products and services from time to time, including but not limited to modifying, upgrading, suspending, terminating related services, providing new services, or replacing software packages. You can choose whether to update according to your needs. If you do not update, some functions may be restricted or unable to be used normally. We will also remind you to update at an appropriate time.

We provide the function of logging in by authorizing third-party platform accounts. You can register and log in using your legally-owned user accounts on third-party software or platforms. When using third-party accounts, please ensure that they comply with relevant laws and regulations.
We do not provide account registration services to minors. If you are a minor, please immediately stop registering and using the account. Otherwise, once discovered, we will take measures including but not limited to suspending the service and blocking the account.
To better provide social services and create a real-interaction community, we recommend that you provide true and valid information such as avatars, ages, and genders during registration. You need to ensure that you do not provide false information. If the submitted information is inaccurate, untrue, illegal, or suspicious, we have the right to require you to correct, supplement it, or even refuse to provide relevant services. For security reasons, some initial registration information and verification information may not be modifiable. Please understand and accept this.
Your Sopi account is for personal use only. It is strictly prohibited to give, lend, rent, transfer, sell, or allow others to use it in any other way. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the current user is not the account registrant, we have the right to suspend or terminate the service to ensure account security.
Please keep your account and password properly. If you lose your account or forget the login information, you can apply for retrieval through the appeal channel. However, please note that we only verify whether the verification information provided by the appellant is consistent with the system records and cannot confirm whether the appellant is the actual owner of the account. If your account is stolen or the account information is lost for your own reasons (such as improper custody), you shall bear the corresponding losses on your own. If you find that others are using your account without authorization or there are security vulnerabilities, please notify us immediately and take measures such as changing the password to protect account security.
You shall be legally responsible for all actions carried out in the name of your Sopi account, including but not limited to legal responsibilities that may arise from publishing information and other operations on Sopi.
You can apply for account cancellation online by going to "Profile" > "Settings" > "Account Security" > "DELETE ACCOUNT", or you can contact us via email to delete the account. Please refer to the Sopi cancellation page for the conditions and consequences of account cancellation. After cancellation, all account permissions will be removed. Please operate with caution. After the account is cancelled, we will delete or anonymize the account information in accordance with local laws, regulations, and relevant specifications.
After the account is cancelled, you still need to be responsible for your actions when using Sopi before the cancellation.
If you violate this agreement, local laws, or engage in behaviors that Sopi deems to be risky, we have the right to directly take emergency measures such as restricting, blocking, and freezing your account without prior notice. If this causes you to be unable to use the account normally, you need to bear the risks brought by risky behaviors on your own.
Sopi is committed to creating a civilized, rational, friendly, and high-quality communication environment. When posting any content using Sopi, you should not post the following content:

Please carefully discriminate the information. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity, suitability, and authenticity of the content you obtain on the Sopi platform, nor are we responsible for the content posted by users. At the same time, we are not responsible for the security and privacy of the content you upload and post. It is recommended that you protect your personal privacy and do not disclose sensitive information such as mobile phone numbers and home addresses to other users.
You are fully responsible for your own behavior. Sopi has the right to stop or handle any behavior that violates laws, regulations, or this agreement based on reasonable judgment, including but not limited to:
In some cases, if a third party claims that the content you posted on Sopi infringes its legitimate rights and interests, we have the right to disclose your information, and you shall bear all the responsibilities arising therefrom.
If your improper behavior causes Sopi to be complained about, claimed against, or subject to administrative penalties, you need to compensate for all losses of Sopi.
If you find that an account on Sopi is engaging in prohibited behaviors, you are welcome to file a complaint with us. We will handle it in a timely manner.
When using Sopi, you may need to provide personal information so that we can provide better services and technical support. For detailed information on information protection, please check the "Sopi Privacy Policy" in a timely manner.
All intellectual property rights of Sopi products and services belong to us or the relevant licensors, including but not limited to software, technology, programs, web pages, text, images, audio, video, etc. We own the copyright, patents, and other intellectual property rights of the software relied on to provide Sopi products and services.
Without authorization, it is strictly prohibited to use any trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, website names, or other brand identifiers (collectively referred to as "identifiers") related to "Sopi" and the Sopi brand. Without our prior written consent, you shall not display, use, or apply for the registration of trademarks, registered domain names, etc. of the above-mentioned identifiers. Otherwise, you need to bear all legal responsibilities for the infringement caused by us or others.
The content (such as text, pictures, videos, audio, etc.) you post when using Sopi should be original or legally authorized. You grant us a worldwide, free, non-exclusive, multi-level sub-licensable right to use, protect the content you upload and post. At the same time, you confirm that we have the right to protect the intellectual property rights of these contents on our own or by entrusting a third party.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". Although we strive to ensure the continuity and security of the services, we do not guarantee:

Under no circumstances shall Sopi be liable for any indirect or consequential damages or losses you may suffer, regardless of how the damages arise and regardless of the theory of liability (such as breach of contract, tort, etc.), even if we have been informed of the possibility of such damages.
Regardless of the cause or form of action, our total liability to users shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by users for using our services.
You agree that if any claim or lawsuit arises from the use of Sopi or these terms, it must be filed within one year from the date of the claim or lawsuit. Otherwise, you will lose the relevant rights.
Any dispute arising from or related to this agreement, including but not limited to issues regarding the existence, validity, interpretation, execution, or termination of the agreement, shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (hereinafter referred to as "HKIAC") and shall be arbitrated in accordance with the HKIAC arbitration rules in force at that time. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Each clause of this agreement is independent and severable. If any clause is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason (such as violation of laws and regulations, ambiguity, or inability to be executed), it shall not affect the legality, validity, and enforceability of the other clauses. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable clause shall be deemed to be removed from this agreement, but this shall not affect the integrity and effectiveness of the other clauses.
This agreement is written in English. In case of any conflict between the translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail. This agreement shall come into effect as of the date when you first use the Sopi service and shall remain in force during the period when you continuously use the Sopi service until you cancel your account or we terminate the service provided to you in accordance with these terms. After the service is terminated, the rights and obligations arising from your use of the Sopi service, unless otherwise provided in these terms, shall still remain valid, and you shall still be liable for your actions prior to the cancellation or termination of the service.
The right of interpretation of these service terms belongs to HONG KONG SILK WAY TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. We have the right to interpret and explain these terms according to the actual situation, and such interpretations and explanations shall have legal effect. If you have any questions about the content of the terms, you can contact us through the designated email for consultation, and we will answer you in a timely manner.
For the content, matters not covered in these service terms, or the content that conflicts with the relevant national laws and regulations, the relevant national laws, regulations, and policies shall prevail. We reserve the right to further supplement and improve these service terms when necessary, based on business development, changes in laws and regulations, etc., and will notify you in a reasonable manner.
